Overall a great experience. It was a nice low pressure environment, friendly and informative. The showroom is impressive and Craig knew his stuff and had great insights. He went out of his way to make sure things went as good and as smooth as possible. This was my second bike but first new bike purchase.At no time did I feel talked down to.
