What else can I say? Craig helped me getting a great deal on my R18 and coordinated a rather complicated delivery as I live a few hours away. Tiffany was able to find me a slot for servicing my other bike while I was taking care of the new purchase. Chris introduced me to BMW extended warranty (I will purchase this one pretty soon) and nailed all the paperwork. Pat showed me around and what possibly will be another ride of mine soon.
