I just posted a review on 7/14/2020 about my experience at Frontline. I included Tiffani, Josh and Pat but to my embarrassment, failed to mention Bob Burcher. He was the reason that before I knew it, it was time to go. It took him very little time to change my tire and to noticed some things on the bike that would soon need some attention, which he relayed to Josh and then on to me. I appreciated that information and that he took the time TO NOTICE. I was singing his praises for a well balanced tire on my three hour ride home and I'm glad that I can now express that appreciation for a job well done. (Employee: Bob Burcher)
